Providing Personal Information
Mk2 Recruitment will ask you to provide personal information at times. Mk2 require certain details to be able to put candidates forward for employment & further details will be required once employment is secured.

Type of personal information required:
- Name, email address, address, phone number
- Qualifications, tickets, licenses, work experience, skills
- Emergency contact details
- Proof to work in Australia
- Bank Account, TFN, Superannuation
- Referee contact details – with the candidates consent to contact
- Medical history & health – candidates may be required to complete pre-employment medical tests
- Criminal history
At or before the time the personal information is collected by us, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of who we are, the fact that you are able to gain access to the information held about you and the purpose of the collection.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Others
We may use your personal information to put you forward to suitable employment opportunities; to start work with Mk2, as a duty of care (if required in an emergency) and to comply with administrative legal requirements.

It is important that personal information is kept up-to-date and correct, Mk2 encourages employees to contact us should there be a change to personal information.
If personal information is needed to be accessed, we require a letter to be sent to The Privacy Officer with details of the request. Generally, requests will be met giving that it is reasonable, and the appropriate notice has been provided to Mk2.
