With over 35 years of experience in civil construction, Dom has a strong record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. As a former Managing Director of one of South Australia's leading civil construction firms, he has played a key role in shaping and leading major projects providing direction and standards for safety, quality and environmental elements. A passionate advocate for safety in construction, Dom works tirelessly to raise the bar on safety on construction projects, working in safety forums involving Government Departments, Tier 1 contractors and other invested stakeholders. 

Jess is our dedicated Safety and Return to Work Officer who has a passion for workplace health and safety. She brings a proactive approach to ensure Mk2 and our client's provide safe working environments for our staff and team members. Jess plays a crucial role within Mk2 key focus on WHs, risk mitigation and client and team member compliance.

Having owned and operated a successful landscaping business, John brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to his role as Business Development Manager. With over 3 years’ experience, Rhys began his recruitment career with unemployment services before advancing to labour hire. Rhys excels in all facets of recruitment, while specialising in filling blue-collar and temporary roles. He thrives in filling roles in fast-paced environments where effective teamwork and strong relationships are essential.

Daniella brings over 4 years of experience in the blue-collar and professional recruitment sectors. She specialises in procuring skilled and qualified professionals for our client’s permanent roles across all industries Mk2 specialises in. Daniella excels in the challenge of finding great candidates for niche, hard to fill roles and is committed to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates by taking great pride in delivering efficient and effective outcomes.

Emma joined the Mk2 team in 2021 starting as one of our Recruitment Consultants.
