Greg Moulton

Chief Executive Officer

Greg brings with him a wealth of experience in business planning, employee management, systems and policies development and implementation, recruitment, finance and business administration. 

Greg has a great passion for motivating staff and building a positive workplace culture. 

Some of Greg's major roles held in the past include CEO of Harris Real Estate, President of the Real Estate Institute (SA & AU), CEO of Harcourts and Board Member of the Adelaide Football Club.

Grant Walker

Chief Financial Officer

Grant joined Mk2 in February 2023 as Financial Manager and was appointed to the role of CFO in August 2024.

Prior to joining Mk2 Grant has spent 25 years in senior finance and executive roles in Australia and South Africa across the FMCG, Motor and Financial Services industries. Grant is a Chartered Accountant and experienced financial professional who is committed to supporting and developing high performance teams within organisations.

Tayla Illman

Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, Tayla has over 14 years experience in Administrative and Finance roles within the technology, real estate and recruitment industries where she has developed the necessary skills and knowledge to lead the Mk2 administration team, support Senior Management and ensure efficient Office operations. Tayla's role with Mk2 has a focus on ensuring we use best practices in all departments that are efficient and effective to support the achievement of reaching Mk2's strategic and business goals.

Luke has been the driving force in expanding the company’s regional presence. With over a decade of experience in the recruitment sector, Luke has consistently built strong client relationships and guided high-performing teams to success. At a professional level, his advice and leadership in the corporate and government sectors on practices and policies has shaped the urban communities enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of Australians.

Today, Gary is a professional director assisting some of South Australia’s fastest growing businesses. Dominic Vieceli

With over 35 years of experience in civil construction, Dom has a strong record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. As a former Managing Director of one of South Australia's leading civil construction firms, he has played a key role in shaping and leading major projects providing direction and standards for safety, quality and environmental elements. A passionate advocate for safety in construction, Dom works tirelessly to raise the bar on safety on construction projects, working in safety forums involving Government Departments, Tier 1 contractors and other invested stakeholders.

Jess started with Mk2 in 2024, coming from 3 years of administration experience in the crane and truck industry it was a seamless transition to Mk2. Kitty Bridgwood

With over 12 years of combined experience in reception/administration and sales roles, Kitty manages all the WA mobilisation requirements, ensuring candidates are qualified and ready for seamless integration into their new positions. Trained in Return to Work and Work Injuries, Kitty also conducts regular Site Safety Visits and manages any on-site injuries. She facilitates the necessary care and support to expedite candidates' return to full work capacity.
